Local Shipping Fees

We offer free trackable shipping within Singapore with every S$80 purchased (calculated after use of any discount code, or promotion).

For orders below S$80, there is a flat trackable shipping rate of S$3.

Standard trackable shipping usually takes three to five working days for the order to be processed and delivered. Orders are processed and shipped on Mondays over weekends.

We do not offer regular un-trackable shipping.

Each order will be delivered to only one address. You will have to create two separate orders, if you would like your items to be delivered to two different addresses. 

For urgent orders, please email us at [email protected],  and we will do our best to accommodate to your request. There will be an additional charge of S$10.

*All packages will be shipped uninsured, and our liability ends when the items are handed over to the post office or third-party courier company. We will email you the tracking number(s), once we drop off the items. We will not be responsible for goods lost or damaged in transit. Please contact the post office or courier company on all issues concerning delivery, or damage. 

International Shipping Fees

Do email us at [email protected] with the product and shipping address. We will give you a shipping quotation and approximate shipping time based on the information given. Please note that any taxes or duty imposed by the country’s immigration (if any), is entirely payable to by the recipient. These costs are not included under the shipping fee you pay us, and you may have to pay for these additional charges in order to receive your shipment. You may wish to call the immigration authority to check on customs clearance procedures before you proceed with your order. We will not issue refund for items held by customs.

*In light of the current COVID-19 situation, longer than usual shipping and delivery times may be expected.
